Carolyn Hale was engaged by Nazareth House Ballarat at a time of major change and a restructure that left nursing staff looking for clinical leadership and direction. During a short few months, Carolyn brought a lifetime of experience and an engaging personality to re-build the confidence of senior nursing staff, put in place systems and processes that improved the quality of care, saved many thousands of dollars on medical supplies, and increased subsidy income through a structured approach to ACFI assessments.

Noosacare has engaged the expertise of Ms Carolyn Hale as an Aged Care Consultant over a number of years. Carolyn has been an educator/mentor for our Registered Nursing staff, in particular providing "leadership" skills so our staff could better lead their teams. Carolyn has been an ACFI consultant to our Care Co-Coordinator's and has been invaluable in maximising our ACFI subsidies.
